Can I visit your shop?

Hanlux invites you to discover its beautiful Studio and Gift shop in the heart of Kings Hill Industrial Estate, Bude, EX23 8QN.  Opening hours: From Monday to Friday, from 09:30 am to 2:30 pm. Saturday 10am to 2pm. Closed on Bank holidays.

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at present.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Items can be returned upon receiving them, read our returns policy.

I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Hanlux will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account,  and you have not received your order confirmation email and tracking number within 2 working days, please contact us via our contact us page.

Do you offer Refunds and exchanges?

Please read our returns and shipping policy. Some products are non-refundable. Hanlux reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
