Help your skin to look younger

We will all grow and age as the years passes by. We can't avoid ageing skin. But we can help our skin to look younger and radiantly youthful by these simple steps.​

  1. Keep hydrated to improve skin elasticity and plumpness.

  2. Exercise according to research makes the skin look youthful.

  3. Reduce sugar and other refined carbohydrates to decrease aging of the skin.

  4. Avoid peak Ultra Violet (UV)hours.  Seek shade, wear SPF or Sunscreen moisturisers as well as UV protective clothing and a broad-brimmed hat and UV-shielding sunglasses.

  5. There are Vitamins and skincare products packed with ingredients to also help the skin look youthful.

  6.  According to studies, stress can contribute to the development of wrinkles so reduce it whenever possible. Cortisol, the primary stress hormone, has been shown to break down collagen in the skin.
