Shipping & Delivery
Below are the delivery services we offer to get you your Hanlux order delivered.
We ship out within 4 business days after an order is placed. Order is trackable.All deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item, and letting you know when it will be delivered.
If no-one is at home, the courier will attempt to leave smaller parcels with a neighbour if instructed on your order. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery, or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
UK Standard Delivery is £5.95 (3-5 days).
Please note the following:
- We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
- Customers are advised that express(next day) delivery is currently not available for orders since orders may take 1-4days to process.
- We can't currently deliver orders to BFPO addresses.
- Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
We offer delivery of selected products from our website to international destinations. We ship international orders through trackable courier service such as DHL Express and FeDex. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs cannot be provided in advance until we know your destination country and weight/volume of products required. This will help us to get you the quickest and cheapest courier service available in your country.
Please be aware though, that for logistical and legal reasons, not everything we sell may be eligible for international delivery.All international orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday.
To purchase Hanlux products outside the UK, add items needed in your basket without completing payment. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about the shipping cost to your country.
Please note the following:
- It may take 5-15 days for orders to be delivered. Certain countries may also require other certification, national ID/passport copy or relevant information in order for your order to be delivered, which again may delay your delivery (by approximately 7 days on top of the destination's standard delivery time).
- It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.
- If we are unable to obtain the relevant documentation required for your delivery or impossible to ship to the destination address(s), we will cancel your order and refund the money.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning an order, follow our returns policy as you will be eligible for a refund of the cost of products purchased.
Shop online with a Hanlux beauty Representative
It may be quicker and easier to shop online with your local Hanlux Representative who can help you choose the products that are right for you and deliver your order at a time and place that suits you.
You can let them know what products you want. You don’t pay in advance. Once the representative gets your order, she will let you know when to come for the products with payment. You only pay on collection.
Shopping with a Hanlux Representative doesn't prevent you from shopping directly us.
