Returns & Exchanges

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange it for you. These are conditions for returns and must be read in conjunction with Terms of Use of this website.

  • Please return your products via the original delivery method (i.e. either your local Representative or through the Hanlux website) unopened, unused and still in the original packaging.
  • Original seals and labels should not be tampered with or removed.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • The product must be in a re-saleable condition and should be returned to Hanluxwithin 14days of the receipt of order.
  • Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition, undamaged, in order for us to process your refund).
  • For a full refund on products with a free gift, please return both or your refund will not be processed.
  • Ordinarily, full refund of the product will be given (Thus, cost of order excluding shipping) for online orders.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • This doesn't affect your statutory rights.


For UK order, we'll be glad to exchange your item for product of the same make and price. For example, if you are not obsessed with the blue colour lipstick, you can replace it with any colour of lipstick you fancy.

For International Orders

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange. Your credit/debit card will be credited once we’ve received and processed your return. It can take up to 5 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.  It can take up to 14 days to process your refund during bank holidaysor busy seasons like Christmas period.

Items already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the items, and follow the instructions above. Ship it to the above address with the completed form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please if you are shipping the return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your return package will be received.
